Overview

This document is the 2016 Appropriation Act for the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It details the approved budget allocations for the year 2016. The total allocation for the CCT is ₦1,607,433,876, broken down into three main categories: Personnel Cost (₦319,272,906), Other Recurrent Costs (Overhead) (₦232,600,904), and Capital Expenditure (₦1,055,560,066). Personnel costs include salaries and allowances (including NHIS and pension contributions). Overhead costs cover travel, utilities, materials, maintenance, training, consulting, fuel, and miscellaneous expenses. Capital expenditure is entirely allocated to construction/provision of office buildings.
