This document is a comprehensive guideline for the administration, disbursement, and monitoring of the Basic Health Care Provision Fund (BHCPF) in Nigeria, published in September 2020. It was developed by the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), National Emergency Medical Treatment Committee (NEMTC), and the Federal Ministry of Health.
