Part V addresses residence and employment of foreign nationals, including entry for business, residence permits, employment of immigrants, and revocation of permits. Part VI focuses on control of crew and stowaways, examination of crew, control in ships and aircraft, stowaways, and discharge of crew. Part VII covers deportation, including prohibited immigrants, deportation orders in special cases, court recommendation for deportation, priority of deportation cases, removal of persons subject to deportation, screening, offences, notification, detention in lieu of deportation, liability of masters for costs, and appointment of receiver. Part VIII lists immigration offences and penalties. The Act provides comprehensive provisions for immigration control, enforcement, and administration in Nigeria.
