Industrial Training Fund Act, 2011
Overview
The Industrial Training Fund (Amendment) Act, 2011 (Act No. 19) was enacted by the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on June 3, 2011, and published in the Official Gazette on June 22, 2011. This Act amends the Industrial Training Fund Act, Cap. 19, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 (the Principal Act). (4) Section 4(1) is amended by replacing 'or' with 'and' in paragraphs (e) and (f). (5) Section 1(c) is amended to replace 'Federal Ministry of Industry' with 'its parent Ministry'. The Act also amends sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, and the Schedule, and includes a citation clause.
