Notably, Part 14 incorporates Annexes 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, and 15 of the Chicago Convention, and consolidates Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) Manual of Standards into eight subparts: 14.0 General, 14.1 Air Traffic Management, 14.2 Procedures for Air Navigation-Operations (PANS OPS), 14.3 Search and Rescue (SAR), 14.4 Aeronautical Information Services (AIS), 14.5 Aeronautical Charts (AEROCHARTS), 14.6 Aeronautical Meteorology (AEROMET), and 14.7 Aeronautical Telecommunication (CNS). The Aerodrome Manual of Standards is integrated into Part 12 in two volumes: Volume I (Aerodrome) and Volume II (Heliport). Each Part includes Implementing Standards that provide detailed requirements to support the regulations.
